Kaus already had a well established online shop using Magento. Kerrin needed help to change both the layout and backend of her website.
A priority was to simplify the menu structure and product lists as well as adjust the checkout process to encourage sales. As Kerrin had already been managing the site, I explained some of the more technical details of Magento so she could better manage the site herself going forward.
I also gave Kerrin advice on SEO and how best to structure any future pages to help improve her rankings.
The site was updated as follows:
- simplify the layout of the site;
- simplify, and improve, the checkout process;
- a contact form for new and existing clients to contact them.
